Service center Leader (Operations&Inside Sales)

Wavre is a distribution and sales center within Crane ChemPharma & Energy which produces quotes and processes orders, and assembles and distributes products under the various CP&E brand names for customers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Italy and other European countries.

Job Summary:

🚀 Lead and manage our assembly, warehousing, and distribution operations. Ensure production and sales targets are met, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 👥 Lead and motivate Operations and Inside Sales teams.
• 🛡️ Ensure safety and quality standards.
• 📈 Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Lead Time, and ITR.
• 🛠️ Champion Crane Business System initiatives.
• 📊 Monitor performance and resolve issues promptly.
• 📝 Manage quotes and orders for the Valve department.
• 🌍 Coordinate globally with customer service departments.
• 💼 Participate in sales and approval processes.
• 📦 Manage inventory and consignment stock.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 🏭 Experience in manufacturing, engineering, and sales.
• 🌟 Excellent team builder and motivator.
• 🎓 Degree in engineering or technical subject; MBA is a plus.
• 💪 Self-starter with a positive attitude and good time management.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
